By using Ingest, you agree to use the service only for lawful cafeteria ordering, staff operations, and administrative activities approved by your organization or Neverno.
Accounts and Access
Customers, employees, cashiers, brand managers, hospital administrators, cafeteria managers, and platform administrators may receive different access levels. You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTP access secure.
Orders and Payments
Menu availability, prices, taxes, service charges, pickup windows, and payment options may vary by organization and vendor. Online payments are processed by configured payment providers. Ingest does not store full card details.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload false documents, disrupt operations, or use another person's account without permission.
Service Availability
Ordering may be unavailable during maintenance, vendor closure, network failure, payment-provider downtime, or organization-level restrictions.
